Nordicwalking: Routes throug Alcúdia The Balearic Islands are the ideal site for practising Nordic Walking because of both their climate and their beautiful landscapes.
The township of Alcúdia is located on the northeast of the island of Mallorca, 54 km from Palma. It forms a peninsula between the bays of Alcúdia and Pollença, and it has almost 30 km of coastling featuring fi ne sand beaches, quiet coves and cliffs.
History and nature make Alcúdia the ideal spot for launching this fi rst Nordic Walking park, a project being spearheaded by the Tourism Council in conjunction with the Alcúdia Town Hall.
