This simple excursion starts in the village of Llucmajor on the road to Sant Jordi. At Sant Jordi, proceed to Es Pil·lari. The flat road crosses the area known as Es Plà de Sant Jordi, a zone traditionally devoted to farming dotted with the typical Mallorcan mills that were used for extracting groundwater. Llucmajor can be reached from Palma via the El Arenal motorway.

Places of Interest:
The village of Llucmajor, which features the Church of Sant Miquel and the Buenaventura Convent. A very lively village, Llucmajor has an outdoor fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and a flea market on Fridays.
El Arenal, Mallorca's largest tourist area. There are hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs on El Arenal beach. An outdoor market is held every Thursday morning.
